女孩們起了個大早，準備到挑戰賽的地點。

Kelly跟Yu Tsai在那兒等著她們，並介紹了兩位Ritual來的教練。

這可說是女孩們目前最艱難的挑戰，她們受到嚴格的健身訓練，之後還要冷靜擺出專業的pose。

究竟誰能把訓練得到的體力用在挑戰賽上?

新加坡哈潑主編Kenneth Goh又來了，並介紹上一季的Neutrogena 大使，肉感參賽者 Aimee。

Aimee介紹了露得清的產品，女孩們必須要了解產品，精確的呈現與產品的連結並在潑水照有所表現。

這將需要專注力，只有能克服阻礙的參者，尤其是身體上的障礙，才能拍出好照片。
